"Second time staying at a Drury and I love it. I’d choose this chain for all my travels if I can. Nice amenities, nice staff. Good breakfast, enjoyed the complimentary drinks, I didn’t eat the dinner buffet but it looked good. The pool was really nice. "

"Hotel and rooms were clean just run down. Furniture in room was pretty marked up. Both head boards were ripped. Pool was not as nice as pictured. There was a lot of hair in the pool water. Restaurant food was okay but service was poor. 24/7 marketplace was convenient however staff both in the evening and morning were very rude. "

"Need more staff on hand when convention center has something going on. They could not keep up with laundering pool towels, or even room towels. Young lady working the desk had to do all laundering as well. Felt sorry for her. Hotel should schedule extra staff during events"

"Staff was nice but called several times to ask if they could pick up my signed check for room service. I explained I was on a zoom meeting and would leave it outside. Then instead of coming to grab it, they called again. Not a huge deal but really unnecessary and disruptive. Also disregarded the DND sign the next day when housekeeping came. Nice place. I’d go again but they could do better"
