An open student dorm, not a hostel
There is no so-called traditional reception but just a open workplace with multiple unknown friend guest sitting together like they're having friends gathering...secondly, the reception told me frankly they don't often check reservation from hotels.com therefore they couldn't even find my reservation number.....thirdly....the overall experience is more like staying in a local college dorm instead of a hostel....the bathroom is filled with personal stuff and it looks like there is lack of housekeeping....wifi was terrible on the upper levels. The only bright side is the location is very convenient, in downtown and very close to main metro station.
