作為五星級酒店，前台服務很差、房間顏色又差、令人心情沉重。床不舒服又令皮膚紅痒，非常失望！不會再入住！我記得其它地方這間酒店不錯的，上海這間拖后腿。

入住體驗真的很一般！！！ 在正門口請門童叫的士，絕對體會到對洋人的崇拜，沒有原則可言！ 房間有四處位子（檯燈、客廳的天花射燈、廁所的天花射燈、廁所的化妝燈）的燈都不亮，說明管理很有問題。 請求送兩個紅酒杯到房間，送來的是兩個佈滿污跡的紅酒杯

距離地鐵站只有3分鐘路程，酒店附近有很多食肆，日月光廣場及田子坊也不超過10分鐘步程，非常方便。酒店設施很好，最喜歡他們的室內泳池。早餐選擇多，味道也很好。

Good value but truly dated.
I stayed at this hotel for four, five times over the years. What was decent years ago are now very outdated. Worst offenders are the lifts with terrible waiting time in the morning, stuffy smell in the room, and the hopeless basement bar. Still, hotel is good value.

今次住宿的酒店十分滿意，酒店清潔，設備齊全，市中心地帶，酒店旁有24小時卡拉ok ，海底撈，又有按摩中心，步行2分鐘到地鐵站，地鐵上蓋有日月光中心，好多美食及餐廳，中心後門就是田子坊，坐車到新天地，外灘都十分之方便
