I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It’s located well and very close to the metro at Yuyuan Garden. The club lounge was good and all the staff there were very helpful at all times.

Yeah the food is great, just little hard on the pancakes and waffles. Clean room, view is great, close to everything (malls, The Bund etc.). Staff Samantha in the reception is very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and had a nice bathtub and nice coffee machine. I didn’t use breakfast or transportation services as they were quite overpriced. But the metro station was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it was easy to move around. And the river walk was about 15-20 minute walk. Yu Garden was a walkable distance as well.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai.
