A bit small.

The bedroom and bathroom were on the small side (the bathroom was tiny)but sufficient for just two nights. A bit regimented. Did not like the rule that the room had to be vacated between 11.00 and 16.00 so it could be cleaned. Margi was very welcoming and served up a delicious breakfast.

Welcoming and well presented

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night over the August Bank Holiday weekend and really enjoyed it. The couple who run the B&B are very welcoming and we had a great conversation over breakfast. It's clear that they like to get to know their guests and really provide the personal touch. The room was clean and well presented, and the bed was comfortable. There were a good range of options for breakfast. We opted for the full english which was very tasty. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 3 night business trip

Excellent accommodating hosts with great attention to detail from hot breakfast to the fittings in the rooms. Very clean room turned over every day. Great location for both Shanklin and Sandown. Looking forward to my return for pleasure next time.
