We were given clear concise directions prior to arrival on how to get into the property and then once inside we were able to follow the touchscreen directions on how to get our key. 「Galway is a large city. The hotel is down a small alley, not one you can drive down and drop off your bags. I had messaged the property about parking but had no idea where to go. A little directions would have been helpful. I double parked on the road to drop off my bags, visiting from the states, I was in a panic as to where to go. 「the room was so small you couldn't use the toilet and keep the door closed. Def. do not do a snug room with two people. Also there is no safe for locking passports or anything and the cleaning staff came only 1 time in the 4 days we stayed.
