“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“If you want an 'authentic cabin experience near the park, this is your destination. It is rustic, 1910 cabin with original flooring, clawfoot tub, and wildlife coming through the yard. We saw doe with 2 fawns, a myriad of California quail. ”

“Only stayed one night but wish I had longer. I’ve never been as comfortable while hanging from a tree. Plus the dark sky was great for star gazing ”

“The house is beautiful! Very clean with top-of-the-line furnishings and appliances. There are A LOT of stairs not only in the house, but down to the lake. There were tons of beds: 8 in one room, kings with trundle beds in the other 3 bedrooms, but only 2 1/2 bathrooms”
