“Clean room, we loved the jetted bathtub in the king suite. Mathew at the front desk was really nice upon arrival and check in.”

“The hotel was small, the breakfast was okay but was extremely limited. Really my only complaint was that I got what they considered a “deluxe room” that was supposed to come with a bigger tv and nice shower with multiple shower head settings but when we got there the shower would not change from the basic shower head setting. Other than that pretty cute and quaint hotel”

“Location was great & the hotel was pretty clean. Disappointed that was told we would have adjoining rooms because we had kids with us but then when we got there was told they were already taken. Got to the room & there was basically no toilet paper or tissues. Had to go ask the desk for those. Then had to ask for towels & wash cloths because the maid service never came to our room. Overall it was a decent place, but a few disappointments.”

“The location was so convenient for our stay to visit Hocking Hills! The welcome center and pencil sharpener museum were right across the highway, and 4 restaurants were within very easy walking distance. Walmart is less than a mile away as well as ice cream, mini-golf, a petting zoo and a great coffee stop. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices were plentiful, the hotel was clean, the pool was clean, and the kids loved getting complimentary cookies and……

“The hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast is okay. The room to include the bedding is good quality. Room is typical square footage. Parking is adequate. The hotel is nothing remarkable! I was there with 3 grandchildren, the heated pool was (extremely) cold our first evening. They did turn it up 4 degrees, but pools take a long time to heat up. The temperature was okay the 2nd evening. Not sure why they refer to establishment as a boutique hotel! It’s just a (good) 3 star hotel. The ice……

“It was an end of the summer trip for the two of us a last-minute getaway. We normally camp in our tent, but with the weather being so unpredictable, we decided to rent a cabin this time, and it gave us the benefit of both worlds a little bit of rustic and a little bit of home away from home. “This was a great experience for us. It was clean, convenient to everything we wanted to do, well equipped and comfortable. We especially liked that we were not instructed to do all the cleaning, bed stripping, getting the trash out, etc, that many places are demanding now. We liked that the cleaning fee we paid covered the cleaning! Communication was great, responsiveness was superb. Would love to return.”
