“Great stay while in town for an event”

“Enough space to accommodate all of our group, and then some if we had more people. Walked to National Civil Rights Museum and to Beale Street with no problem. Both are within a 5 minute walk.”

“The property was exactly as advertised. perfect accommodations. I can't imagine a better location for Beale, the civil right museum and the waterfront. All easy safe walks. Main st appears to be undergoing a renaissance, which will make it even beter ”

“Jason is AWESOME!!!!! I had to reach out and he responded in less than 5min. The check-in process was superb! All Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted. He has clear instructions written out and posted. The property is EXACTLY as pictired online. All necessary supplies were supplied with plenty of extras. I LOVE the balcony and front porch! If you're wanting to sit out there, just bring a chair. I brought a beach chair and it was perfect. Also, Jason can't help this but the MOSQUITOES are……

“Location, location, location! Nice clean property within walking distance to many points of interest and fabulous food in downtown Memphis. Secure gated parking area. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall it was a good stay. Great breakfast and the Mon-Wed salad and beer were ok. It took forever for the hot water to heat up. ”

“Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. ”

“This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.”
