Just manage expectations and it’ll be fine!
"We booked to stay during the state fair with our 3 year old. The hotel is older, for sure. Certainly not a luxury establishment. That said, though, our rooms were clean. The AC worked very well in our room, almost freezing us out the first night until we adjusted it. Our room opened to the waterpark ..."

"Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price."

"I chose this place due to price, location and what it provided for the grandchildren. It was decorated cute and had a theatre in the basement. We were hoping to have smores after a day at Adventureland and a movie. Rain came in so outside was out and then the TV's didn't work. SO, it wasn't the best ..."
