We stay here a lot. Great location and easy to get there. Some rooms need updating. The couches and chairs need replaced. The beds are comfortable and jetted tub works great. Pool is heated and hot tub is big. We love the waterfall. The free breakfast was good with pancakes, eggs, and bacon.

Host was very prompt with replies to questions. Great location! Loved the view of the river from the hot tub. Nice short walk to the river bridge, beautiful.House had everything we needed, loved the large dining table. Worked perfect for out group of 7 women.Would love to stay here again!
