「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

「Please be aware that you need to upload a passport online to a third party company for every person over 16 that is staying at the property. We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today. The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through...

「We felt so lucky to stay at this newly listed property. It was beautifully presented and so refreshing not to be filled with Ikea furnishings: instead everything had an air of individuality & hand chosen to please. What a treat and so so pleasant was having those gorgeously laundered towels stacked & ironed like a five star hotel ***** .

"Well located on the main street near the rail station. Super friendly staff. Sandra, the front desk staff, is particularly helpful. She helped keep my phone, of which I have inadvertently left with the reception desk, safe and sound. Nice English breakfast as well."
