I had to make the special request of absolutely no scents in this room. The housekeeping department did a wonderful job. It was really one of the best days ever. The ocean view is incredible.

Location, location, location! This place is all about its beautiful ocean views and the sound of the surf. We are already talking about when we can come back.
We had concerns about the check in since it was all online and coverage in that area is poor, but we finally found a spot where we could download the email and got the entry code, so it worked out.

Excellent stay! My concierge Tessa made sure I had everything I needed. Upon checking in I discovered the previous guest had smoked in the room, I let them know and they immediately upgraded my room. Such a beautiful area and room. Perfect escape from everything! Cannot recommend enough!

The person-less registration is a bad idea, particularly in a place where cell connection and wifi are weak. I did not receive the emailed instructions before starting out on the drive to this remote location. Spent more than an hour trying to get into our room when we arrived. No on-site staff to help... waited for return calls... code didn't work and had to wait again, and so forth. Hire actual humans to work the registration! It costs enough to afford that!
