This was my second stay at Shangri La in Shenyang and It won’t be my last. Plan to stay here in future as well. Excellent service, beautiful property in the city centre. Lounge access is the best. Staff was extremely friendly.

1.トイレがウォシュレット付きでなかった。 　大連シャングリラはウォシュレット付きトイレなのに何故同じで無いかのか？ 　長春シャングリラにも泊まったが、ここももついていない。 　長春は、トイレの位置も窮屈で最悪。 ２．車手配のサービスボーイにタクシーを頼んだが、いつもだ断っても来ないので、サイド尋ねたら「找不到」と答え、当方がが聞くまで、その事実を伝えなかった。

Comfortable stay but not as warm and welcoming

Most staff in Shangrila were helpful and courteous but a couple exude warm and welcoming attitude. Overall it was a comfortable stay with no hicups.

Staffs need to be more coordinated

Bad coordination by the staffs. I was asked to upgrade to club status with full access to lounge and breakfast even though they do not have the executive club room. I accepted knowing the fact I will still be staying in a normal room. Every morning when I walked into the cafe for breakfast, they asked for my room number, and each time, they said I am not entitled to breakfast. This happened every morning during my stay. Treatment towards my relatives staying at the club room was also very bad at the club lounge. They showed the unwillingness to serve. Very bad for Shangrila standard. They do need serious hospitality training.

City centric hotel

Big name hotel with all amenities available for the customer. Food options were rather limited probably they could have added more options. Overall it is nice hotel in a industrial city like Shenyang.
