Shekou Stay

We had a great stay and experience at CM+. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room configuration we booked was no longer offered (posting error at Hotel.com website) but the staff immediately upgraded us to a bigger unit with our stipulated configuration. The unit was like newly renovated. Location wise, it is just a short walk from the mtr lines 2 and 12. I highly recommend CM+.

Great location but property getting run down

I have stayed at this property before when it was called Fraser Suites. It seems like the quality has gone down. The room that I was in was not in very good condition and it was freezing cold. The breakfast was just okay - not as good as it used to be. I spoke to someone at the front desk. They brought me a heater for the room but I was still cold all night. I was disappointed in the whole experience. Probably won't stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Ascott and while the people there were friendly and the shower was nicer, Fraser Place is superior in all other aspects. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, the furniture, including the bed is very comfortable, which is incredibly important, as someone accustomed to softer beds than one can normally find in China.

1年ぶりに宿泊、フロントが知らない人で、以前と同じ料金なのに以前よりも大きくレベルダウンした部屋を頑なに行けという。結局、以前から知っていたフロントが出てきて上層階の以前と同じいい部屋を紹介してくれた。助かった！というより新しいフロントはひどい！施設は相変わらず完璧な素晴らしさ！
