We went to this hotel in Easter Holiday, we booked the room for 15 night, and paid all the money(around 300hkd)online at 13 night, but when we arrived on 15 morning, hotel said we must to paid more 200rmb because canton fair just opened. The hotel said they did not have time to notice us, and we can talk to the website to cancel the booking. We felt this is very unreasonable, and had bad experience here. Other stuff: Reception staff works too slow, location of the hotel quite near the underground but the route so far from the main route; still some good aspect: nice room, nice toilet, and it has high floor(11floor).
2017年4月13號晚上預定4月15日入住(復活節),在線付款了,大約三百多港幣,15號上午去到check in,臨時被前台通知因為廣交會所以要求我們多加200塊人民幣,酒店方表示我們可以自己跟網站退,這一點很不負責任,酒店聲稱因為來不及通知客戶,感覺被騙了。酒店地點一般,前台手續處理速度太慢,臨近地鐵站,但地鐵站的線路比較偏,去市中心不太方便,除以上所說缺點之外酒店房間和廁所的素質都是挺不錯的,但臨時加錢真的不能接受。
