“Arrived late after calling many times to let them know it would be a late arrival only to get there and there was no rooms available because the last room they had saved the air conditioner was out. Upon entering the room, it smelled like urine. However, the front person said there would be a refund, but I had to call Expedia to get that. They did not generate it.”

“Our room had a strange smell to it when we arrived. We only had one bathroom towel in the room and had to request more. We ordered the room for four people, and there was only one bed in the room when we arrived. Also, our door to our room did not have any sort of lock to it meaning anybody could come in. Also, the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. The AC in the room was falling apart and only worked half of the time. One elevator was broken on our arrival and the second one broke……

“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. The 1st stay was great King size bed was comfortable. 2nd stay--HORRIBLE. Nate still gets 5 stars BUT the mattresses in the Double Queen room were absolutely horrible. Not just one of them BUT both of them. I can't believe they have not been replaced. The dip in the sides by the nightstand are VERY NOTICEABLE. Very……

“I was there 5 days. Easy access from road. Fast check-in & helpful, friendly staff. Common areas: Clean, inviting lobby with 24/7 hot beverage area (warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies one night!). Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). Within 5 mins of Braum's (delish ice cream treats & good burgers) & Masala & Curry (excellent Indian restaurant). Parking: Just enough. Front spots……
