“Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.”

“The room and property were super clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Plenty of food and shopping within minutes of the property. Will definitely stay again.”

“We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though. The next morning, the shower was frustrating. The glass didn’t keep water off the……

“This is a newer hotel and it is very clean, spacious, well thought out for use and everything worked! Good breakfast with lots of choices! ”

“This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and “incidentals” for which I’m still waiting for a refund. The next morning’s breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. ”

“I checked out of a near by place that I was unhappy with. I lost out on money as well.. I decided to book with Bestwestern Upon arrival I was greeted! The lobby was clean. Coffee was fresh and hot. Room was great! We slept well.. this will be where I’ll be staying whenever I visit. Thank you Best Western and Staff!!”
