「Check in was super easy. Got in late and went straight to sleep. When we woke up we noticed crumbs under the sofa and along the sides of the bed. Also killed 8-10 bugs in the room. When I said something to the desk clerk on the way out. He said he’d make a note of it and that they’d been having trouble with box elder bugs. Not sure what that means.」

「Great stay. Very clean」

「We were highly impressed with this Best Western location! It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Traveling with pets can be challenging, but Best Western went above and beyond for our dog, even providing bowls and a welcome treat! I'd recommend this stay to anyone visiting Sheridan.」

「Parking was fine.」

「Nothing」

「Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.」

「I have reviewed this property for a prior stay and found it excellent in location, cleanliness, room design and decor, and the staff's service-mindedness.」

「Gentleman that checked me in was super friendly and helpful. Room was very cozy and bed was super comfy!」

「The fridge/freezer was dirty. They haven’t cleaned under or behind the beds. Parking is very tight. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very sketchy location.」
