“Clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, comfortable bed. Would stay there again and recommend to others.”

“New and clean. Staff was friendly but sparse. Breakfast juice machine didn't work and no one was around to report it to. Also water bottle filler on top level didn't work.”

“Pretty quiet, very clean and the staff were friendly. Parking lot was well lit.”

“Ideally situated close to downtown Sheridan, with an easy walk to everywhere. I absolutely appreciated the airport shuttle as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, though in need of some updates. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a nice easy walk to my sister's house.”

“This hotel fell so short of what it promised. The “pet friendly” is not true. There are signs posted at the front of the hotel stating that “Dogs are prohibited on property”, yet they charged us $20.00/night per dog. The floor of the hotel room was disgustingly dirty as I don’t think it has ever been mopped. No carpet anywhere which we initially thought was good until we wiped up water from the floor and our rag was black! The “breakfast” was one day potatoes and sausage and other days scrambled……

“It was pet friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Very poor maintenance. No chair to sit on in the room. The faucet handle fell off when I turned on the water. No bath mat for the floor. It’s just really old and not been taken care of. Sketchy place. Very glad I had a big dog with me.”

“I would not stay here again. Had I known it would be so subpar, I would have kept driving to another hotel. While the staff attempted to be accommodating, and that was the only redeeming quality of this establishment, the property and room were not well maintained. It smelled like mold and body function, the wifi did not work at all, we were visited around 11pm by a bunch of young ppl "looking to party" with the previous people who stayed in our room, and the sliding door was sealed shut which……

“The property is absolutely beautiful, and spotless clean. The horses were great fun to watch outside our deck. Very quiet, but be prepared to go without television. Good time to catch up on some reading ”

“The lodge said they could not confirm our room. In the end they gave us a room and said they would comp us the cost. Since we had already paid not sure how they figured they comped us anything. Owner said Expedia was not confirming rooms and we were the 10 th guests to show up. They tried to blame Expedia and I said no way. I am a gold member so the problem must be on their end. ”
