“The rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. My sister needed a handicap room the first room was fully accessible so they changed our room the next day. The manager was delightful and always had a smile on his face. The breakfast had plenty of great choices. I will stay here the next time in Sheridan.”

“Staff was marvelous. Our room HVAC was less then perfect. The room wall thermostat controls did not work, and you had to adjust the place manually. Fan would not stay running. Would cycle every 20 minutes or so. Hard to control room temperature.”

“We have stayed at the Ramada Plaza at least 6 times. It is clean, comfortable beds and affordable. It is an older hotel but nice. The breakfast was good. Parking convenient. ”

“Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.”

“The biggest issue was misleading room details. We booked what was advertised as a double queen room, but the beds were clearly full/double size—I even measured to confirm. My 6'4" husband’s feet hung off the edge, which doesn’t happen with a true queen. The smaller pillows across the bed felt like an attempt to make the size difference less noticeable. I brought this up to the front desk in person, and it was immediately denied. I’ve been purchasing beds to fit smaller spaces for over six years,……

“What else can I say about this property but…WOW! Did not really know what to expect upon check in. The staff are so welcoming, helpful, and just overall phenomenal. The rooms have an old west feel, immaculately clean and quiet, amazing bath products…I could go on and on. Breakfast is included and oh my, it is fabulous. Do not skip it! If you are ever in Sheridan, please give this lovely little inn a try! ”

“Room had an overwhelming smell of a room deodorizer. Left window open and ran AC all night to get rid of smell. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. One washing machine was broke and the other had stale water sitting in it.”

“The furniture in the living room had stains all over it and was disgusting dirty, no conditioner in the bathroom, no TVs in the bedroom, Mary, low water pressure in the showers my favorite place to go will not book here again”

“It was quiet and affordable. You get what you pay for. No frills, minimal furnishings for a single king. Room wasn’t disgusting but wasn’t very clean, either. Bed was comfortable and the pillows smelled ok, so the room served its purpose.”
