不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Leftover stuff in the refrigerator, my room did not have a remote for t.v., when i went to the front desk to get one I was told there was one already in there and I said well then would you please show me where it's at because I've gone through the closet and I've gone through every drawer and so I asked for her to give me a remote please, she said she didnt no if she had one so she opened the drawer and there were a few in there so she handed me a remote, I went back upstairs and the remote didn't work on the TV so I go back down and told her that the remote did not work on the TV because while it might have to be programmed and I'm like do you have a different remote a different kind of remote and so she made a phone call I guess to her supervisor and she comes walking out of the back room with two different remotes and she goes well I don't know if either one of these will work because they may have to be programmed I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work. As we were speaking a couple walked in and she ignored me and took care of the people who just walked in instead of continuing what we were trying to get accomplished, I told her that that was being rude that I was there first and she was helping me and it was rude for her to start helping somebody else without addressing my problem so I said just give me both of them and I'll bring back the one that doesn't work she him hard about it and I said look I can't go to sleep without the
