“The house was clean. It is clear someone lives there full time and vacated the house for our stay. Their food and clothes remained in the property. It did not bother us, but not something we expected. The AC worked well. The owner communicated there were issues before we arrived that they were working to fix and left the number of the contractor in case we experienced issues. We were there the hottest weekend so far this year and did not have any issues. It does look like they are still……

“Just what was needed for our weekend stay.”

“Absolutely gorgeous setting! We spent every morning (and most evenings) in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The house is impeccable and updated. Initially we felt far from everything but found quaint waterfront restaurants and shops in a Deale and Galesville. Jays Latin food and Corner Grille were great spots too! We will definitely be back!”

“Great location and the host communication was excellent and she was very helpful. Living space was great and as advertised, and the kitchen well equipped. The bedrooms were a bit small except the large master, but that was a minor problem. Outdoor space with large deck and yard were great for the kids. Bring the crew. Lots of sleeping options. If we return to the area, we would rent this house again. Thanks, Donna!”

“Great home. The layout worked really well.”

“The property was as listed. We appreciated the amenities provided. ”

“They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business”

“It’s beautiful! Hosts were very nice and friendly. We used the paddle boards and kayaks, that was fun. We visited the chickens. There is wild life everywhere to see. It’s serene and relaxing. Hummingbirds were fun to watch on the porch. The hosts took us for a boat ride which was really cool. They have thought of just about everything you could need. Thanks again!!”

“What a great, comfy home to stay in. We will definitely stay again.”

“Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc.”
