「Staff and location.」

「A very nice room although I found the bed a bit soft. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I ate in the restaurant twice but recommend eating at some of the restaurants in town.」

「I understand monies might be limited to keep a landmark building up to our modern standards. But, lumpy creaky mattress, missing light bulbs, a TV/no channels programmed, a simple box of tissues all lacking even after a request placed. But, all in all a roof over our heads, a good shower facility, a view of the water & Bressay Island, central location for exploring the shops and walking the wonderful town of Lerwick.」
