"The hotel os located roght on front of Kussharo, but there is nothing much around there, so you are forced to have your food inntheir pricey restaurant. They do not provide bottled water in the rooms, or any other amentities like hair comb, shaving kit etc. beyond the necessary amentities like toohbrush; those are to be connected at the downstairs Lobby."

"お部屋も広めの設計で落ち着く作りでした！ サウナ施設や24時間ジムなどの、他のホテル では中々無い施設も整っていてまた釧路に来た 時は泊まりたいです✨ 今回は5泊6日でしたが 次回はもう少し長く居たいな。"

"Great accommodation. Close to the fisherman ’s wharf and downtown spots. Easy to find and great parking for our rental car. Friendly staff and nice gift shop. Bed was comfy and bedroom and bathroom were clean. Would stay here again."

"The rooftop mixed onsen was a big surprise, but super nice as we don't usually get to be with family members of other sex. (You do provide basic swimwear). It was so nice to look over the lake and just chill out in the onsen upstairs, but the main onsen were also incredible. Food options were plenty in the restaurant (buffet style), and it's so close to the Ainu Kotan... definitely worth a visit!!"

"Very charming spot! But, know a few things before you go. Stop at Lawsons or 7 and stock up on snacks because there is not a thing nearby. The restaurants aren't 4 minutes away they're 15 by car. We had a problem with the fridge and reached out to the property manager via this site and heard nothing. "
