「Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.」

「Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.」
