"Great location across from Ueno Park. Close to several stations, 7/11s, Lawsons and also 3 Supermarkets all within a 1km radius. Room was definitely sufficient for 4 with 2 futon and 2 western beds. Still had space for a lounge area and breakfast area. Great fridge space though cooking utensils were a little missing."

"Great location plus free shuttle to and from the airport. Fantastic breakfast buffet and all the toiletries were provided in the room."

"Staff cleaned the room daily, including late one day upon our request. The hotel is art deco and located close to Disney Ses and Toyko, very close to Shiomi station and many excellent restaurants nearby."

"Rooms are rather tired. The carpet in our room was stained, and worn. The air conditioning was erratic. The shower head leaked. Public areas are fine, and location is good."

"The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay. "

"This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho."
