「Initially I had reservations about the location of this hotel as it seemed a bit of a way from the main town, however it is an easy and enjoyable walk to the town along a quiet and picturesque road above the hotel. It's also a quick and cheap taxi ride. All in all I was very happy with the location as it meant I saw views I might not otherwise have seen. The hotel itself was excellent. 「Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. 「The hotel is in excellent location since it is on the top of the hill. But the road to the hotel from the main road is a dirt road which is very hard to find. We missed two times to find the road. We also found the other drivers had the same problem of finding this little hidden road.Management needs to improve the sign on the road. Otherwise the hotel was excellent in all respect」
