"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit.
On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. However, the WiFi was incredibly slow and almost unusable, which was quite frustrating.

"This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. "The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English.
