"駅やバス停、コンビニ・スーパーも近く とても便利でした。 ただ、お部屋はフローリングにゴミがあったり、浴室には数本髪の毛が残って、冷蔵庫も汚れていたりで、入室後は掃除から始めました。 でも、サポートセンターはちゃんと対応して頂けたので、お値段からすると良かったと思います。"

"This is apartment is literally across the street from the Shin-Osaka station. This made it super easy for our family to jump on the subway or Shinkansen for all of our adventures in the Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe area. The apartment was clean and stocked with all of the basic necessities that we needed. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided great communication regarding directions, check in, check out, etc. Our family of three (two adults and one teenager) would totally stay...
