Horrible experience
Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. Five Volcanoes went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The staff is super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it higher to anyone in the area to experience the amazing natural sites in the area.
