"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"The place was locked when I arrived so I went to the address on the instructions nearby after half an hour they came by and told me sorry our mistake go back to the other place. Hot water didn’t work when I got there, easy fix but would have been nice to have some instructions to know I had to turn on the heater. Top Shinzato Hotel Reviews

Hiyori Ocean Resort Okinawa

10/10 Excellent

"Well located at the top of a hill where every room had a panoramic view of blue water ocean. The room is very large a good size for family. The entire hotel and room have been kept to a very good standard and extremely clean. We liked the breakfast very much. And the pool was beautiful. Very much enjoyed the whole stay."

Phoenix Park Hotel

8/10 Good

Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa

10/10 Excellent

"Breakfast warning: you must order your scrambled eggs at the eggs station, where only one chef is responsible for the entire room. When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."
