Shiraito Falls

The hotel room was nice and it is in a good location if Hiroshima. Our only comment is that there was a lingering noticeable smell in the lobby after breakfast. We enjoyed staying here.

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!

Helpful, friendly staff. No maid service - there's an extra charge for room cleaning. We had a second floor room where the only window was opaque and looked into the well of the building. Convenient for station.
