Adriana, 3/83 Ronald Avenue - unit with a backyard
Adriana is nestled in a tranquil bushland setting which adjoins the National Park with all the birds and native animals right at your back door. There are stairs to access the unit but once in there you are on ground level with your own backyard and BBQ area. The 2 bedroom unit has air conditioning, renovated fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The unit is also within walking distance to surf beaches, Shoal Bay beach, shops and just a short drive to Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay shopping centre.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
Great facilities and location. So close to beautiful beaches and nice places to eat. Would highly recommend for a small family. Unit fully equipped to make you feel at home. We hope to be back in the future.

The unit was good. Good backyard area.
However the block should have a lift in it, as the stairs were a complete pain. And bedrooms need aircon which would make the stay much more comfortable.
A split system would be a easy to install, and would not cost much.

Perfectly appointed holiday apartment.
It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. As advised by another review, we brought an extra heater which was very much needed! Be aware that there are many steps leading up to the main door of the apartment block which makes carrying heavy bags quite awkward. We didn't park in the garage as it was a tight fit & not much room to reverse out.

What a lovely holiday we had! Thanks for having us in such beautiful place we felt like home!
The process was extremely easy and the property company was super friendly! May need to fumigate the place since a few bugs and spiders may their way in due to the proximity to the national park but still didn’t make the stay a bad experience.

Weekend getaway
This unit was very clean and tidy. It had everything you need. The only thing was it was a little cold. There is a reverse cycle unit which heats the lounge room but the other end of the property was cold, they do however supply a hole bunch of blankets which came in handy. We will stay again for sure. Walking distance to the main street to cafes, restaurants and beach.
