Beach break garden units!

Fabulous property for You can even bring the boat! There are two separate two bedroom units downstairs and a three bedroom unit upstairs. Great for families who want to holiday together but also have the privacy when needed.

Front yard has a gas BBQ and grassed area for the kids to play.

Downstairs units each contain fully equipped kitchen, small living and dining area, bathroom and 1 x Queen bed & 2 x Single beds.

Upstairs unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge / dinning room and bathroom. Three bedrooms, 1 x Queen bed, 1 with 2 single and one with a tri bunk. There is a balcony with a Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

So close to Shoal Bay Beach, just one minute walk and a 5 minute stroll to Shoal Bay Waterfront where you can find restaurants, shops and cafes. Suitably priced for the perfect family holiday.

Linen is provided at this property.

Please also note this property only has air conditioning in the upstairs unit.

There is wifi available throughout all three units.

Great property for large extended family with 3 bedroom(house) upstairs and 2 identical 2 bedroom units downstairs. Close to beach and nice quite street..short walk to Shoal Bay shops, Restaurants and Pub
