    The fully equipped kitchen features an under-bench oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and a full range of crockery and cutlery. An internal laundry includes a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer, plus iron and ironing board.

    Multiple Smart TVs, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and comfortable lounges make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach. The unit also offers a main bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity plus a separate powder room with the second toilet for convenience.

    (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
    (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

    After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

    If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
