"Great place to stay right off the interstate "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately would not recommend it. The only positive part of the experience was the front desk— the lady there was very nice and welcoming. However, the rest of the stay was disappointing. We booked a room with two queen beds for four people, but there were only two towels provided. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The toilet clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned, with urine running down the sides and front, and it looked like the cleaners only wiped the top. The room overall was very dusty, which made it feel neglected. On top of that, the clocks in the room had the wrong times, and the TV channels didn’t display any program information, which was frustrating. Overall, due to the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail, I would not recommend staying here."

"Look, it is what it is. As long as you know what you’re getting into, and the price is a reasonable, it’s probably OK. If you’re looking for a one night stop over, this wouldn’t be the place. Granted, that’s not really what the place is built for either. That said, here were my issues. They have the shower set to ensure that you cannot get hot water. It gets slightly lukewarm, but that’s it. Water pressure was at a trickle. Wifi was like dial up. Walls are paper thin. We woke up at 3 AM to the sound of dogs, tearing each other apart in the room beside us. Lastly, when you have to go through two security doors to get to the elevator and you can’t even enter the hotel without picking up an old phone to call the front desk, you get sort of an idea of what you’re in for"

"our room was far from the resort with the pool, restaurant etc. However the golf cart transportation to and from our room was fantastic and ever had to wait long. I learned that if I was to return to request a room in cluster 2 or 5 which was closer to the resort. "

"Was there 2 weeks, not a single room clean. Had to call to get garbage changed everyday and leave it out. Water was cold for 2day. Breakfast is the same mediocre food each day. Towels smell like smoke. streaks all over tv, mirrors etc. also pull out couch is not a proper way to sleep . All wires sticking out. The only positive is that it’s next door to wiregrass. Other then that do not book"
