About this space
You will love the amazing views from the studio. From the balcony you can sit and listen to the trickling of water from the lakes. And out the windows by the bed you overlook a beautiful pond. Wildlife are abundant and so fun to watch. The Sunsets and Sunrises are unreal! The studio is fresh, bright and clean! We have been Superhosts with 2 of our previous property’s and hope to earn that again with this special place. You won’t be disappointed! *please note this is an upstairs studio.
The space
Th Studio is equipped with a kitchenette for preparing food. We provide a toaster, microwave, hot plate with 2 burners, and a Kehrig coffee maker, and coffee pods. The kitchenette also has pots pans, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, and mugs, as well as a few mixing bowls. We also provide salt and pepper. There is also a mini fridge in the kitchenette.

The studio is located above the garage of our permanent residence. You have complete privacy and total access to the entire studio. Including your own private entrance and balcony. ***this is an upstairs studio at is only accessible using stairs please take that into consideration when booking .
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire studio and attached balcony.

This place was really lovely- very clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked. Everything went very smoothly and we found everything we needed. Our 7 yo loved claiming the little nook- hanging out and sleeping in there. Perhaps the nicest feature is the surrounding area. It was very quiet and there is a beautiful water feature to walk around. Our family was in town for a wedding, so we spent most of our time at the venue. I wish we would have had more time to spend in the area, taking walks and enjoying the natural beauty.

This space was a perfect landing spot for us while visiting family that lives in the area. The space was quiet, clean, and exactly as described. The owners were very attentive and communicated promptly when we needed them. We are in the area often to visit family and are looking forward to booking this spot again for our next visit!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here. It was a great location! Clean and comfortable accommodations! The only downside was the 21 steps that you have to take to get to it since the studio is above a garage. Beautiful scenic pond view in the back!

Great option for 2 people. Quiet, peaceful and clean. No complaints and would stay there again. Suggestions: ice cube trays since there is no ice maker, bed not super comfy, a few more hangers in the closets and rules about walking around. There is a really nice pond in the back and we would have liked to walk around but since the owner was home (rental above the garage) wanted to be respectful of their property. Lastly, wasn't a big deal for us but could be difficult for an older couple, lots of stairs to get into the studio. But overall, we had a great time, its very nice and we hope to be back.
