It two bedroom, two bathroom little house was everything we could’ve hoped for. It was a great location, quiet , it was clean, had a washer and dryer at our disposal, kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need . We could not have been happier. We did have a little bit of an initial issue getting into the House, but Eben communicated with us and came over within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. We will definately use this location again on out next trip.

Great spot for family

We rented this to be close to a few soccer tournaments and it worked out great. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated all the parking and having a nice area to walk our dog.

Great place to stay

The property was as advertised. We had to change the dates of our reservation and the owner was very easy to work with. The check in process was very easy. Check out was super easy, all we had to do was take out the trash. This is a place I would stay at again. Owner was very pleasant to talk with.

Convenient & clean but missing a lot

We stayed for a family baptism. The location was great and the property was overall clean. The heat units in the bathroom are rusty and gross, easy to fix with paint. One towel per person, I have long hair and need 2. One kitchen towel. The kitchen is not well equipped at all. No can opener which was needed, ice maker does not work, a handful of paper towels from a bathroom dispenser is all that was left, we had to buy more, one small hot pad…it just did not have much if you plan to cook. So, all in all it was clean but not well equipped for cooking. Host communicated ok. No check out instructions were ever received.

3rd stay here. No complaints. Quiet at night. Full kitchen and nice dining plus living room. Bed was comfy. Water was hot. Eben easy to contact.

Great for long term

Newly renovated with plenty of space. Comfortable furniture, especially for owner-operated rental. Owners are attentive but not nosy. Quiet location near excellent restaurant and great grocery store. Loved my 2 week stay—would book again in a heartbeat!
