“Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84……

“Overall, it was good. However, the spa was anything but. Rather than relaxing, the pool was noisier than an Irish bar on St Patrick's day. With treatments, as they were not very good at all.”

“Lovely property in lush surroundings. Wonderful big bath in the room was an absolute godsend during heatwave (36 degrees plus).”

“The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. ”

“Lovely friendly staff always ready to help but property could benefit from some sprucing up!”

“The management team is very friendly and helpful but security sense is not sufficient as the cleaning lady forgot to close the windows. If you do not request too high standard of room service, it would be a good choice.”

“The place is efficient and quiet. Easily seen and recognizable. We did get a refund immediately, but was double charged when checking in even though I pre-cooked months before on Expedia.”

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”

“They have ac on the rooms where you can change the temperatures. The restaurants around are also great and if you need to use transportation I recommend using A1 Taxi for budget transportation. Overall the workers are nice and if you ever need anything they will help with open arms!”

“Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. Also found bathroom door wouldn't shut. Personally I prefer to use the bathroom in private and not have the door swing open to full view of the……
