"I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. It’s not a hotel for anyone wanting to be anywhere than in their room. And in the bad weather we had on our stay it felt empty and lifeless...

"This was our second summer renting 28 Tom Nevers Road for two weeks. After our stay last year I wrote a stellar view of the property and its amenities and immediately booked again for two weeks this summer. After our stay this summer, I still have only excellent things to say about it. It is a lovely, well laid out, well outfitted home on a beautifully landscaped property and everything was, once again, in perfect condition. We loved the kitchen last year, but it has been made even more wonderful with new appliances and countertops. We love the beach that is a short walk from the property. The pool at the house is an absolute treasure for our young grandsons. It is fenced in and safe for children. To add to all of this are the wonderful owners who respond quickly to any questions that arose before and during our stay. We have already reached out to them to book for two weeks again next summer. They clearly love this home and lovingly take care of it. Finding a rental property we love and wanting to return year after year with our family is the greatest praise we can give, Needless to say, we give it our highest recommendation."
