I booked this place for six days. I really enjoy staying there. The food was excellent property was very clean we definitely recommend this place I wouldn’t say it was a top luxury hotel, but for the price they gave us was excellent

Great vacation hotel

Stayed 11 nights and would definitely return. Lively hotel with plenty of activity. Gym, indoor swimming pool and various Sauna’s / Turkish bath all very good. Food had plenty of variety and of good quality! Well done.

We knew it was winter and expected some services to be unavailable but to have only 1 indoor pool and main restaurant open was shocked But could not fault staff especially fatimah on the entertainment team for being excellent and his enthusiasm for darts Also the two ladies on guest relations night shift serap and merhap Would definitely recommend this hotel but after april

We stayed at Kamelya hotel for a family reunion. Every family had a different room type and at the check in, they mixed up our reservation with another family and refused to give us the room we booked!!! Finally!! After arguing for 20 minutes they found out that they have made a mistake and gave us the right room. The hotel overall is OK. Spa center is amazing. Bit they need major renovation and more training for their staff. We stayed at Selin

Great hotel but the noise level was terrible.

Hotel in general is super clean. Great selection of food. Great to have a cafe also to get a nice coffee in the mornings. The only problem i had was the noise. There was some sort of a soccer tournament on and there was so many children about which created noise early in the morning and late at night. It was very annoying at meal times because they all came together which created chaos and lots of children running around. It wasn't so nice when your a couple looking to rest for a couple of days. From talking with other guests they seem to have had the same experience. We did report it and they gave us another room. Staff are very accommodating to your needs which is nice. Pool area is nice withnplenty of beds for everyone and entertainment is spot on. In general the hotel is excellent but the noise level was super annoying for us. I probably would come back again but i would ask firstly if there was a kids tournament booked in. Really during food serving times that many children should have there own room for dining and not be put in with other paying guests. This is a hotel not a crèche and people pay good money for some peace and quiet. Other than this i had no issues at all.
