Beautiful property really peaceful and tranquil. The gardens were well maintained and the wild life there was wonderful. would definitely stay there again. There was so much room for both families to relax and enjoy the holiday. Only thing was no internet (wifi) available TV was only for locals, no British channels. Possible suggestion maybe netflix ? Overall a lovely holiday, thank you.

We had high expectations from the lovely photos and great reviews, but when we walked in we were still blown away by how amazing the place is. It felt like our own little oasis. Completely private not overlooked at all, with immaculate gardens and generous accommodation. We felt thoroughly spoilt the whole week. We spent our days laying in the sun, hopping in and out the pool. Eating breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoying a game of boules before dinner. Essaouira Medina is a must visit, we enjoyed wandering the lanes with their bustling shops and cafes, and watching the sun set over the sea from the battlement walls. The beaches are also perfect for long walks. In February when we visited the sea was warm, sun was hot, and the beaches very quiet. We will definitely be back.

This is our second visit/stay in 7 years for my husband and I but this time we returned with our child, my father mother and brother....what a treat it was for them !! Both stays exceeded our expectations. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The hosts are very attentive. Fast to respond to any questions should they arise. Hamza is wonderful and takes great care of the villa grounds daily very discreetly, we can not praise him enough such a lovely kind man. Hamza's wife treated us to an amazing traditional Moroccan breakfast, which was fab for my family as it is their first time in Morocco. Over all we had an amazing stay and would highly recommended staying here to others. The only thing would be to an advantage is to hire a car due to location. We look forward to returning in the future

Vacances inoubliables pour une 1ère expérience au Maroc. La villa est conforme à l'annonce . L'accueil à notre arrivée par le gardien est très chaleureux.. Un seul bémol pour nous qui apprécions le calme est l'aboiement des chiens environnants déjà tôt le matin !!

à 10mn de l'aéroport et 15mn de la médina d'Essaouira. très belle propriété. très calme. voiture indispensable. commerces à proximité. gardien de la villa très gentil et éfficace. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. SI vous souhaitez passer un séjour magnifique c'est l'endroit idéal. N'hésitez pas.

We had a nice stay here but we did have problems ie with the oven WiFi and with some of the sun lounges when trying to contact the owner there was no reply and left us with a broken oven the villa is in a nice area but you do need a car.

The villa was fantastic. I stayed here for 7 nights, just the two of us (myself and my partner). Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man named Hamza, we unfortunately do not speak any French or Arabic (just English) and Hamza didn't know any English. This was not a big issue as he was kind enough to patiently work with us to communicate by other means. We were shown around and soon realised that the property is almost 2 small villas next to each other (you are renting the two together and have complete privacy over both). The pool is very large and the deepest end comes up to my neck (I am an average height for a woman). There is a kids pool which was not in use during our stay. Hamza would discreetly pop his head round occasionally (he lives locally (not in the property though)) and give us the 'thumbs up' to ensure we were happy and didn't need anything which was very kind! The access to the property consists of a short dirt track off the main road (we hired a car which would be necessary in my opinion). There are large gates for the property and a small drive to park the car inside - you could potentially fit 2 or 3 cars here at a squeeze. There is plenty of outdoor seating, plenty of room inside 'both mini villas' and a total of 2 large double beds, and 5 single beds. In June/July sun will hit the outdoor area from around 10am until around 7pm.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, tout d'abord, très bien accueilli par Hamza, le gardien. Superbe villa, situé à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, et proche d'Essaouira ! Très dépaysant, beaucoup de restaurants, et médina avec ces ruelles ou on peut flaner à loisir !!Les gens sont très chaleureux, une voiture est indispensable pour sortir des sentiers battus. Voyage haut en couleur, on en prend plein la vue !!

La villa est très belle et très calme. Parfaitement entretenue. Un peu à l’écart, il faut prévoir un véhicule ou bien des taxis (les compagnies locales sont top !). Séjour de rêve en famille où nous avons tous apprécié la piscine et la magnifique terrasse. Mention spéciale pour Hamza, aux petits soins, toujours disponible et aux talents culinaires de son épouse. Un seul regret, notre séjour a été trop court, la prochaine fois on reste plus longtemps !

Erholsame Unterkunft an der Antlantikküste, nicht weit weg von Essaouria, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was Kinder lieben, vor allem ein schöner Pool. Wirklich freundliche Begrüßung durch den Gärtner, der ein paar Meter weiter wohnt und immer für Fragen da ist. Auto ist ein Muß, aber dann ist alles Notwendige gut erreichbar. Ein paar Glühbirnen könnten vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Superbe villa ! Bien située 12 km de l aéroport 15 km d essaouira Proches de superbes plages désertes Village ghazoua à 2 minutes avec toutes les commodités. Gardien génial à l'écoute serviable et discret Concernant la villa : extérieur magnifique et bien entretenu Piscine au top. Cuisine bien équipée. Détente assurée Nous sommes heureux d'avoir choisi cet hébergement car il a contribué fortement à la réussite de nos vacances Quant à essaouira c'est la douceur de vivre à l état pur.

We had an excellent two week holiday. The garden and pool are fabulous, with plenty of areas to eat and get shade from the sun, and also there is a surprisingly large roof terrace. The location of the villa is great only a few mins from the nearest supermarket/local shops and just a short drive to Essaouira to the beach and a good choice of restaurants. As I needed to do some work the internet was required - this is not included and you need to buy a local SIM card (Maroc 30Gb costs 300Dh). All-in-all highly recommended for a family holiday!

Nous avons passée un très agréable séjour. La maison se situe à dans l'arrière pays d'Essaouira dans un village qui se nomme Ghazoua. Un supermarché s'y trouve avec produits locaux et français Le climat est très agréable comparé à Marrakech Un grand merci à Hamza pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

La location s'est bien déroulé, le propriétaire a été arrangeant sur la date d'arrivée. Nous avons très bien été reçu par le gardien. La propriété est idéalement située entre Sidi Kaouki et Essaouira.
