There was an odor when entering the property. No locks on outside doors into hotel. There was a ball of hair in bathroom, carpet dirty, sheets and towels had holes in them. Was scared to try breakfast. Left at 530am due to not feeling safe.

The facility is acceptable, however, it appears to be somewhat in a state of disrepair. Our originally assigned room had damage to the door and we were provided a different room upon request. The exit door near our room was open and appeared to be unsecured at all times. When it came time for a 6 AM breakfast, nothing was ready. It appears that staffing at the facility is not at the right level, but the people who are there try hard. The price was reasonable and you get what you pay for at the facility.

Our room smelled like burnt rubber when we arrived. This was somewhat remedied by turning the temperature on the window hvac from 86 down to a reasonable temperature. In the bathroom the liquid shower soap was empty. The shower head was in disrepair and sprayed a wild pattern but worked. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, most things were out of stock on the hot breakfast by 8 am but I did enjoy hot potatoes and an egg. The “hot” tea water was cold.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom/shower were in need of better cleaning. The breakfast was terrible. But overall if you just need a comfortable bed for the night it’s ok.

The carpet in the hallway to the room had stains, flies bitting after getting out of the pool, hot tub closed because of dead flies, toilet was disgusting with a brown ring inside the toilet, garbage under the beds, room not dusted, bed skirts really dirty. Beds were comfortable however and breakfast was just okay.
