Had a very disappointed 9 year old that the pool was closed for repairs, had it been posted online when booking we would have looked else where. The ceiling in our bathroom is cracked and looks like it could possibly fall down at any time.

One of the cleanest places I’ve been to! We couldn’t participate in breakfast but the setup looked amazing and the coffee was fantastic! The front desk clerk seemed to not know what to do with an Expedia customer though.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable but the toiletries provided were low quality and skimpy. Cutbacks from how Holiday Inn Express used to be were obvious. I've stayed at many as they are my first choice because I can count on a clean room and breakfast, but I was disappointed in how less and less is provided for their guests but the price keeps going up. The people working there were gracious, however, so we had a pleasant stay anyway.

It's Sidney MT so this place is very nice. It was close to the fair we went to and they were kind to accommodate us with a ground floor room with our dog. I like the shampoo and stuff being in the shower and big bottles you pump from.

The property seemed under staffed and we were told that our room was unready. The staff eventually found a room for us but it was only partially cleaned. There were paper plates on top of the lamp shades that were used as well as yellow stains on the mattress and a brown substance on the curtains. Not somewhere i would want to stay.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. There were 3 bath towels for four people. The air conditioner fan control didn't work. Toilet wasn't clean.

The motel was clean and nice, but I had to keep going to the front desk to get my card key rekeyed. Also, when I went to the front desk to have my card key rekeyed, the desk clerk was on the phone for approximately 10 minutes. I had to interrupt her phone call after standing there for so long and asked her to rekey my room key. Other than those issues the room was nice and clean and the motel was nice and clean. The kids loved the pool and had a great time.

Shower didn’t work so they gave me another room - after packing up and going to another floor I opened the door to the new room , stepped in and was shocked to find that it was occupied , finally after going back again to the front desk, I was able to get another room on yet another floor and this one worked.
