Stay in your self contained, fully furnished ocean front cottage, situated on 2 acres of gardens and forest. Located 4 kms from Victoria International Airport, and Ardmore Golf Course, and 6 Kms from world famous Butchart Gardens. We are also close to bike and hike trails.
Sleep in your king sized bed, in cotton sheets washed in spring water, far from traffic noise, and wake up to the sounds of birds calling to each other.
After breakfast, walk down to the beach, read a book, draw, or meditate. Bring your kayak and paddle over to see the seals ( from a distance of course). Or, just sit on a log which has drifted in and contemplate life. Or go for a dip..;
For foodies, the Saanich Peninsula is home to many farms and farmers' markets. All within 10 kms. In June, buy fresh strawberries, and raspberries. July brings blueberries and August brings fresh corn. It"s like being in Provence but the farmers speak English.
Love the night sky? Sit outside on a clear night and gaze up at the stars from the comfort of your cedar swing.

Pinder and Greg are wonderful! Great communication, amenities are just as described and more. We stayed for 10 nights after moving from our old home and waiting for closing of our new home. As soon as we arrived we felt comfortable, the decor was wonderful and felt very homey. After an exhausting 2 weeks of packing and moving into storage then moving everything to a new spot, Pinder and Greg's cottage felt like our escape and home away from home. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We plan on booking again just for a staycation when we can really enjoy the surroundings. Thank you so much Pinder and Greg!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay! The cottage is lovely, modern and well-appointed. As soon as we saw it, we counted ourselves lucky to have chosen it, and that feeling lasted our whole time there. There is plenty of space to move around and to relax, indoors and outdoors. The bedroom is beautifully designed and well-furnished; the bed itself is new and wonderfully comfortable. Before our stay, communication was very fast, very helpful and thorough. Pinder was a perfect host: welcoming, eager and quick to answer questions and to offer any assistance, but also to give us privacy and let us simply enjoy our stay. The setting is beautiful and quiet and the views are captivating. Victoria is an easy drive. The cottage is just 15 minutes from Victoria Airport (but no airport noise), and Butchart Gardens is less than 15 minutes' drive - an easier trip than from the city. We can recommend the cottage with no hesitation.

This is an amazing property the hosts Pinder and Greg were so welcoming. Check-in was seamless. Make sure you explore this property as until Greg gave me a bit of a tour I would have missed the creek, and huge plants within. Pinder tried to educate this novice gardener on one of her stunning plants that flowers all day but only has a scent at night. Beautiful gardens, and stunning views. The cottage was very comfortable. Wonderful stay!

Sidney coast property

Our stay was great in this good sized one bedroom unit and we would definitely stay here again.The unit is separate from the main house with a nice view of the sunset over the Saanich Inlet. The location feels remote and is very quite but is only a short drive to Sidney and other area attractions.

We stayed at this property for 10 days while visiting. The cottage is in the middle of beautiful gardens with the ocean as the backdrop. Very calm and quiet.The hosts were helpful but respected our space and time of relaxation. The cottage is clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back.

Rare Gem

Pinder and Greg are generous, welcoming and gracious hosts. They were attentive but not intrusive. Pinder's communications started as soon as we booked, and carried on throughout our stay to provide us with clear directions for locating the property, helpful hints and suggestions for activities, and what we needed to do upon departure (which was to take our belongings and leave the rest to them). Greg welcomed us on arrival to show us around and provide information about the amenities. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations. It has been set up very thoughtfully and intentionally to ensure a welcoming and comfortable space. It was very clean and included everything we needed and more! The property was quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely recommend this property.
