此次已是第二次入住 ，今次住的是四人套房 ，有兩個很大的房間 客廳 廚房 ，非常寬敞 唯獨是寢具有一點髒 ，知會後馬上更換 。頂樓的泳池十分美麗， 居高臨下 ，風景怡人 只是保養不太好，池 邊 有 碎石甩掉 ，而且開放的時間是九時至九時 ，開得太晏收得太早 ，早餐非常豐富， 招呼十分周到 ，職員非常友善體貼可親 ，代買下馬戲門票 ，安排交通 非常盡責， 而且可以提早於十二點鐘入住， 十分方便非常貼心 ，我有免費的單車可借用， 週邊有很多小店 ，可以親手自製陶瓷 ，非常好玩。

Due to COVID 19 and the related economic downturn the restaurant and skybar weren't open which is to be expected. Extremely helpful, attentive staff. Very clean , spacious rooms. The resident Tuk tuk driver is a bonus for getting around Angkor Wat and Siem Reap. Well equipped gym and awesome swimming pool. Highly impressed, well worth the money.

The hotel itself was lovely, it’s about 4K out of Pub St, but we walked into town everyday, and caught a tuk tuk home. It was a great location for us. No other big hotels around. Nice and quiet.. the pool was beautiful. However there wasn’t anyone in the bar, but that’s probably because it was very quiet due to the coronavirus.. All of Cambodia is suffering from the lack of visitors. Anyway, overall a fabulous place to stay. I’d definitely stay there again.

By far the best hotel in siem reap. Were you going to get a suite ( kitchen. Living room very large bedroom and bathroom with large shower and stone tub. For less than $40 And the free breakfast is the best i have had and even get a latte too

The service was incredible and the location was nice and quiet, away from the touristy areas. The only noise at night was the local cats outside. The breakfast was also very tasty and fresh. I woul recommend here and stay here next time. They also have a tuktuk that you can get one free ride a day somewhere in the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and even helped me book my dinner show at Kanell.

A perfect hostel
This is not real business hotel. It looks more likely a hostel located in the residential area. There is no elevator in the building. If you want to enjoy swimming pool, please take a exercise to the 6th floor. Althought this is just a hostel. The staff came out professional service and patience manner. I strongly recommand this hostel to all of the travelers. My family has 5 people and we stayed at 2 bedrooms with a living room and kitchen. Therefore, I think this hostel provide a guite fare or evwn cheap price. If I visit Cambodia next time, definitely, I will stay here again. Thank you.

The room was very sizable and clean. The outdoor patio was a nice surprise. I used the rooftop pool multiple time during my stay, which was really nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that my airport pick up never showed and I had to take a taxi. The staff was very apologetic and reimbursed my taxi fare

The hotel Anachak Angkor Residence is a lovely new hotel with very big, clean and quiet apartments and some very friendly staff. The pool at the rooftop is just perfect for your relaxing day or after visiting some of the many beautiful temples nearby. In the evening the hotel offers you a free tuktuk ride to the centre of Siem Reap, but you can also walk, (a tuktuk home is only 3$). The staff has been very helpful to organise trips to the Angkor Wat temples, Kulen Mountain and waterfall. We can recommend the driver Mr. Leng who also speaks very well English and is a very nice tour guide. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Hidden Gem
We stayed there for a week, it’s really a hidden gem. We initially thought it’s bit far from busy tourist area but ultimately their service and room size and facilities blown our mind. Excellent hotel.... very good for family. From check in till Airport drop everything is memorable. We would recommend this place to everyone... all rooms are seems suite rooms very big and lots of useful things.. Their restaurant seems to be among best in town, though we had only three meals other than breakfast. But it’s still still better than most of the places we tasted in the city. great stay thanks to all staffs.

An extremely enjoyable stay
I stayed here for six nights and was most impressed. The room was huge, comfortable, quiet and clean and had all the amenities one could possibly need. The restaurant had delicious food with breakfast included each morning. There is a rooftop pool with a bar which is a perfect place to relax after a long, tiring day visiting the temples. The location is a bit out of the way of the downtown part, but the hotel has a driver that will take you into the city for free whenever you want. You will need to find your own way back but it's only a few US dollars. Overall, it was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They suggested activities outside of the temples and were able to arrange drivers for half/full day tours. If I ever find myself back in Siam Reap, I would not hesitiate to stay there again!

Staff was extremely friendly & accomadating. Room was spacious & very clean. Nessprsso coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very good. Roof top pool was lovely & a nice little quiet hang out. Free Tuk Tuk shuttle to the happening Pub street area. (& free pick up & drop off at the airport) Lots of value here. Small hotel with lots of service. I would definitly stay there again. Note: The hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes from the main part of town.The hotel is nestled in a residential area. If you want to get away from the hustle & bustle & be around the locals I highly recomend it.

On the other hand, for the towel exchange and a shower of one toilet, in fact we could had fixed it for you immediately if you inform to us during your stay. Anyway, normally our housekeeping team will change all the used towel with the new full set unless there are some towel that did not use. And for the shower, we could had it fixed immediately if you inform to us since we normally double check all the rooms before guests arrival. If there is some facilities of the room are broken after occupied by the guests and we weren't informed, then we will not be able to fix it. A really great hotel!!!
This is a really great hotel! I can’t say enough good things about it. The bed is so comfortable. The rooms are huge, very clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and kind. We are learning Khmer and they were so patient and helpful. They covered every detail for us. Breakfast was delicious as well. Oh and nespresso coffee maker in the room... need I say more :) Beautiful pool and rooftop bar and a great gym with new equipment. I highly recommend this hotel! I would 100% stay here again.
