地點方便，近酒巴街。泳池比想象中細，池水咸，池邊滑，不太清潔。房間空間大，但浴室的水易流出洗手間，可以改進。酒店可安排tuk tuk外出，十分方便。

招待我們的服務員笑容很好，但泳池全被4面牆包住了，根本晒不到太陽，也没人游泳，住的房沒露台，看相片本以為是有的，房間整潔，新淨床頭有一幅大吳哥畫，有smart tv(沒用過）,裝修是不錯，房匙也只給一條，問過不能拿多一條，淩晨3點後睡覺會聽到微弱的低音聲，估計從pub street 傳來，我帶了耳塞也感受到，（本人很難入睡）,同區應有更好選擇

美好的旅程
位置在酒吧街、夜市、街市附近，走五分鐘即可到達，非常的方便。但房間內卻很安靜，寛敞乾淨，很舒服，還有一個小巧精緻的泳池，工作人員非常有禮貌和笑容。就連最後一天本來退房時間是中午十二時，因我們早上有半日遊，十二時才回到酒店，和他們說了延遲退房一小時梳洗，也完全沒有問題。非常棒，如果有朋友去吳哥，我會推薦的。

Good location, beautiful boutique hotel
Location is good, around 3 to 5 min walk to pub street and night market. Room is clean and beautiful, breakfast had a lot of selection and the hotel staff are welcoming. Totally recommended!

Excellent séjour, tout est simple à Chhaylong! Personnel attentionné, hôtel propre (même si tout n'est pas entièrement neuf). Les déjeuners changent à chaque jour et sont très bons (omelette, oeufs au plat, pain doré) servi avec fruits frais. En plus, la localisation est parfaite, proche de tout, mais calme à l'hôtel. La rue n'est pas très encourageante visuellement à partir de l'allée centrale, toutefois, on y est en sécurité.

Location was good,close to lots of cafes,money changers and pub street.The area outside the hotel was untidy and unattractive.The room was quite spacious and clean.The aircon worked well . Breakfast was unexciting and for the price it would be cheaper to eat elsewhere.The tuk_tuk driver they used was quite good.

I loved this place. Well worth the money. Great location near pub street. Good food. Great staff that was very helpful. Arranged a tour plus transportation back to Phnom Penh. I will stay there again. My only issue was the internet wasn't great but that seems to be a fluke. They were working on it. But my stay was excellent 5 stars

アンコールワットに行くために一泊二日で利用しましたが、空港からホテルまでの移動だけでなく、遺跡を巡るためのトゥクトゥクのチャーターにも即座に対応してくれてとても便利でした。また、二日目の帰りの飛行機が遅い時間だったため、レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ、こちらも快く承知してもらえました。とにかく、トゥクトゥクのドライバーをはじめスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。 ホテルの部屋も広く清潔で、設備も十分でした。次にアンコールワットに行くときにもぜひ使いたいホテルです。

Cute family owned place that were attentive to all needs. Very walkable place to get to pub street and they were able to set up drivers for me wherever I wanted to go when I told them what kind of experience I was looking for.

Rooms are great and location is very good. There is some maintenance that would be good to do like door locks and towels need replacing. Didn’t use the dinning area as seemed like staff family space and could be an opportunity to promote more like the local restaurants. Overall it was very good and I would stay there again.

This property is an excellent condition in a great location walking distance to many live areas! The family that run this hotel made it an amazing experience with top-notch service! They arrange Tuk Tuk or taxis for you wherever you wanna go. I recommend booking your Ankor trip through them they will make the arrangements for a driver and guide! Our guide was D and he was amazing spoke Perfect English! Thank you so much

It was good. Don’t expect luxury but it’s great value for the money we paid for. Staff are very welcoming and very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to Pub Street only 2 mins walk. The only disappointing point is that the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Such a warm welcome and the stagg was always there to help with transportation, seeing sites, and special requests. Good AC, best beds compared to 3 of the hotels during my travles around Cambodia. Pub street is close by and provides a great place for meals.

Hotel is not a 10/10 as other reviews say. If you like to lounge at the pool..this place not for you. Very dark and closed in. Pillows and duvet had the odor of all the others that have used it. They need a wash/refresh not just clean linens over them. Bed was comfortable and location was great that is what was good. You get what you pay for though.

Think twice before booking. Mostly interested in selling tours. Woman at front desk seemed irritated when I wasn't ready to book something upon completing check-in. And when I did book, I received very little information - it was as though I was supposed to remember everything from the initial description. I was given no receipt or itinerary - everything was verbal and I had to make my own notes and verify later. I was able to move from 1st to 2nd floor after one night so that I wouldn't have a view of the lounge chairs and any people at the pool, so that was good. Clearly, this was a decent property at one time as the room was well designed, but it's not well maintained. Lighting - one bulb out, one dim, and in the bathroom one flickering. Bathroom lighting so bad, I had great difficulty putting in contact lens. Some days the towels were old, frayed and ripped. The mattress top bed was decent, but sagged in the middle. Bed cover sheet had small dark spots. I only had breakfast on the first day - the fruit was good, but otherwise it was terrible. Some noise from outside and other rooms. None of these are unbearable, but the little things add up. The room was clean, the curtains were dark and the location was good. Also, the tuk tuk driver for the hotel was very nice during the two days he took me on tours of Angkor Wat. For the same price, or just a few dollars more, you can probably find a better place to stay.

Excellent value. Great location within short walking distance of Pub Street area with many restaurants and bars and also more local street vendors. Easy trip into Angkor Wat. The hotel staff are very helpful with setting up excursions, transportation and general assistance. Nice pool to cool down at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms. We used the hotel airport transfer which worked well. We also used the hotel tuk tuk (upto 4 people) to do the tour of the temples, the driver was very good, not just taking us to each temple and waiting for us, but also showing us where to go at each stop, highly recommend him. Nothing not to like.

Hôtel bien placé, et assez au calme (il faudra néanmoins des bouchons d'oreilles !). Piscine froide (en janvier). Accueil professionnel. Exploitation familiale souriante. La proposition des petits déjeuners changent chaque matin. Pour un goût français il a été satisfaisant une fois sur cinq. De plus la relation de compréhension avec le personnel du petit déjeuner a été complexe. Hôtel facilement accessible en voiture (1h de trajet depuis SAI aéroport, comme tous !). Climatisation efficace. (Avis d'hôtelier).

We appreciate the personal of this hotel. They are helpful, all time smiling. The breakfast was very good and was changing every day. We had a good time there. The activities are close of the hotel (Pub Street,Night Market) and the tuk tuk take us there to visit the Angkor Temples. I recommend the hotel and if we return to Siem Reap, we will be there.
