Our interaction with the staff (reception, restaurant and maintenance) was great. The facilities are good, but as they are older, they need attention. Pool area is highlight of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was perfect for the time we were there.

Lovely little hotel which has an authentic feeling

If you want a true tropical Cambodian hotel then I strongly recommend this hotel. Although there is a large difference in the quality of rooms whilst paying the same price they are both up to a good standard and the hotel grounds are amazing

Good hotel not far away from the city center and pub street in Siem Reap. Only 3 minutes by tuk tuk. The room looked quite okay and the breakfast was good with various selection. The swimming pool was very clean and fresh with a pool bar.

Truly Charming

Great value hotel with great attentive and helpful staff. They provides free pick up service with nice driver. and free transfer to City Center as the hotel is a bit far away. Lovely swimming pool with pool bar and a very good place to relax after tired day tour. Huge and comfortable room with private balcony and view to the pool. We really enjoyed staying at this little paradise. We will recommend this hotel to all our friend and family.

Great Hotel!

The room was fantastic, very comfortable and I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel at times! Everything was a good condition and the staff were very nice. The balcony was very small but with such a high standard of the room you don't need it. I would suggest getting a Tuk Tuk from the road instead of the hotel as it would be more expensive. Overall great stay! :)

Great hotel with wonderful staff and food

Residence Indochine was a very friendly, charming hotel about 1km outside Siem Reap town, easily reachable by a $1-2 tuk tuk. This was not a problem as we received a free tuk tuk to the city once a day. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area was a lovely relaxing place to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming and we felt right at home on our stay at the hotel. I'd definitely recommend Residence Indochine to anyone going to Siem Reap who wants a quiet place to relax at the end of the day with friendly and helpful staff.

It is truly a Paradise

Luxury hotel with a budget price. This place is really well worth it. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and will do anything they can to make you feel comfortable. Although it's not downtown it only takes about 5 to 10 mins by tuk tuk to get to the night market/ pub street. Everyone guest who arrived after us had a look of happy surprise as the actual hotel is even better than the photos. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to all traveler.
