方便舒適的飯店
免費的機場接送是單趟接機服務，司機遲到幾分鐘，飯店的服務人員非常好，房間乾淨也很舒適，浴室不是完全乾溼分離那種。 早餐的選擇蠻多，還有現點現做的蛋跟河粉，只是每天的菜色變化不大，看日出的話有提供外帶的早餐！ 步行距離old market, pub street都很近，過橋就到了，因為飯店位置是在橋的另一邊環境要相對安靜單純。

I BOOK TWO ROOMS FOR FAMILY,BUT THEY CANNOT ARRANGE TOGETHER IN THE SAME FLOOR, EVEN SEPERATE US INTO TWO DIFFERENT WINGS. WE GO RUN RISE, EVERY HOTEL OFFER PACKED BREAKFAST, THEY DO BUT THEY MISSED OUT THE ORDER OF ONE ROOM (three people's) AND THE OTHER TWO PACKS WERE AWFUL.. WORSE THAN I HAD FROM A HOSTEL BEFORE.

咬人的海胆
沙美俱乐部位于沙美岛的北部，比较安静，酒店环境以及服务都不错，唯一不足的是酒店专属的海域有海胆，到这里来度假休闲的人必定要去海里游泳玩耍，我们被海胆扎了，看到其它客人也被扎了，如果扎的浅，第二天就不疼了，如果扎得深，要好几天才能好，酒店也只是用柠檬抹抹，用玻璃瓶敲打一下，没有其它药物消毒。被扎之后都只好到酒店游泳池去游泳了，可是到海边度假而不能去海里游泳，难免有些遗憾~~~~但是我们来到小岛中部比较热闹的海滩，却没有海胆，这不能不说沙美俱乐部的管理有些不到位，希望酒店尽快处理好这一问题，不然会影响你家的口碑！

空調非常的吵，浴室的熱水非常的不穩定，tuktuk車司機不守信用
空調吵的不好入睡，關掉後房外其他房間的機縮機非常的吵。浴室的熱水非常的不穩定，一下熱到會燙傷，一下又冷到會發抖。飯店的tuktuk司機讓我非常的不滿意。一開始說好的小圈+微笑的吳哥劇場20元，結果買完門票後，司機說沒空，換他朋友接下我的行程，剛開始時，問他朋友只道我的行程嗎?他說他知道，之後逛了一、二個古蹟後，新的司機發現我有劇場的門票，就說他這樣不划算，不願意接送劇場，且算我小圈18元。後來經過長時間的爭執後，他才願意接送劇場，這件事讓我非常的不滿在於司機的不守信用。飯店的按摩滿不錯的，一小時約13元，但晚上時間常會客滿。飯店的洗衣服務和大飯店一樣，以衣服的種類一件計價，但飯店附近有二間洗衣店，一公斤1元。

服务热情周到。
服务人员非常热情周到，早餐也不错，位置距离老市场和酒吧街很近。就是左邻右舍的环境一般。总之旅游度假很不错。

位置不错
酒店的位置还是不错的，走路到夜市和酒吧街也就5分钟。但是就装修风格来说，这家酒店并没有给我太大惊喜，并不是属于现代风格的酒店。不过服务的质量还是不错的，工作人员大都热情有礼貌，综合来说可以给4分。

酒店很干净整洁，团购的价格约25美金每晚，很划算，这里的服务员超级有爱有耐心，我们入住的房间很大也很舒服！强烈推荐！

這是一間位置相當方便的酒店 距離酒吧街跟夜市 步行都10分鐘之內可以到 酒店的房間不算很大 不過還算舒適 冷氣也夠冷 飯店的服務人員態度也很親切 不過飯店wifi的速度很慢 早餐則是普通 另外 在入住的第二天早上大概5.6點的時候 飯店突然停電 不過大概一個小時內就恢復正常了..

房间的设施不错，电视有很多台，包括中央1套、4套、凤凰卫视，酒店的早餐比较简单，酒店位置比较方便，一个比较适合家庭居住的酒店。

パブストリートまで徒歩圏内で、レストランも多くあります。近所にはスーパーやランドリーもあるので、長期滞在でも困らないと思います。 朝食は6時30分からで、おかずは毎日変わります。卵料理と麺類はその場で作ってくれます。朝日鑑賞ツアーから戻ってからも朝食をとれました。 お部屋はやや老朽化部分がありますが、エアコンがきいており、不便さはないです。冷蔵庫に冷凍スペースがあり、ケーキ屋さんでもらう保冷剤が6個くらい入るので、暑さ対策として日本から持っていくことをおすすめします。お風呂に蟻が入ってくるのがちょっと難点。一番端のお部屋だったせいなのかもしれません。 プールは使用してないのですが、ロビーの横なので、少し恥ずかしいのと、かなり小さいです。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切で困っていたら助けてくれました。

Hôtel bien situé, pas très cher, petit déjeuner copieux. Maintenant, l’anecdote. J’ai transformé ma taie d’oreiller en œuvre d’art moderne avec mon appareil et masque d’apnée du sommeil, ajoutant une touche de glamour avec un soupçon de maquillage. La réception a décidé que mon talent artistique valait bien 10$ de frais de nettoyage. Apparemment, ils pensent que ma taie est une toile de maître. Comparé à l’année dernière, où nous avons vécu dans les hôtels comme des nomades modernes avec environ 140 nuits à notre actif, c’est du jamais vu. Aucun hôtel ne s’est plaint même quand j’ai fait du mascara abstrait sur les serviettes. Je me demande s’ils prévoient d’accrocher ma taie dans une galerie d’art contemporain. Peut-être que je devrais facturer les droits d’auteur. Qui aurait pensé que l’art de l’apnée du sommeil était aussi coûteux ?!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Crown. The hotel is well located and not overpriced. The room we booked, a double with balcony actually had two balcony's, it was clean and well presented with good aircon. We used the sky bar and the pool bar both were good with reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was a Khmer and Western buffet with the usual freshly cooked "egg station" really high quality. What made the hotel special was the staff, they were great, always polite and charming. We stay in Siem Reap often and this is the best "mid-priced" hotel that we have stayed in and will definitely stay again.

Not only does the Royal Crown Hotel have a certain colonial charm, but the personnel was also very helpful and accommodating. We were happy to return to this calm and cool haven after a day of visiting temples in Siem Reap and to enjoy a lovely meal. This hotel is exceptional in my opinion....

What I liked most was the very courteous staff and their generous assistance with every request. What I didn’t like was not the hotel’s issue....it was the lack of a decent walking path to the market and Pub Street.

The Royal Crown was the most fabulous hotel in Siem Reap. French colonial architecture and furnishings, two pools, spa services, extremely helpful staff, most English speaking. They arranged our private tours to Angor Wat in advance. Location is perfect, only 3 blocks from central old town market, Pub Street lined with restaurants and all the other activities in the center of Siem Reap. I actually hated to leave. Rooms are spacious, some with balconies. The costs of spa services so reasonable. Dont miss this charmer.

Comfortable hotel 5 mins from old market
Pleasant stay though the hotel is old for the price paid. we had a very big room on the top 5th floor with separate living room area which was nice. Downside is there was loud music from the rooftop bar in the night till abt 11pm. We were given a later check-out at 1pm (normal is 12pm) and staff were very keen we left on the dot of 1pm.

Très bien!
Bien situé, personnel sympathique et aux petits soins. Le rooftop est un petit plus, ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Attention toutefois au bruit de la climatisation, cela mériterait d’être modernisé
