10 out of 10 hotel experience in Siem Reap
Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. The room 111 is spacious and well maintained, and we were served with a complementary fruit and cheese plate with a bottle of wine. The entire mansion is like a paradise and you can truly relax with all the plantations and the swimming pool. The tuk tuk from hotel to downtown Siem Reap is free of charge and it is also recommended to take the return trip with the same tuk tuk as the other tuk tuk may have difficulties locating the hotel. The tuk tuk driver was also responsive and will arrive within minutes. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices with Western and local cuisine. The airport dropoff was not inclusive ($35), but this hotel can give us surprise at the end of our stay with its surperb service. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and when I opened the door and ready to move our luggage downstairs, the staff was already outside of our room and help us to move our luggages downstairs. This is very thoughtful and highly appreciated, and the return trip to the airport was also great with the staff introducing other parts of Cambodia. Overall, a top notch experience in Siem Reap and highly recommended.

飯店幽靜美麗，離吳哥寺廟滿近的，飯店人員都很親切、服務周到（尤其是Mr.David人超好，還親自送機)，房間很舒適（床好舒服超好睡），飯店餐廳很美味，是個很適合在參觀古蹟後好好放鬆的精品飯店！

Highly recommending this 9-room boutique hotel providing a relief and relaxing stay in Siem Reap at close proximity to Angkor major sites. Over the top staff, very attentive and proactive to address the guests needs. For example, facilitating transfer from the airport, tuk-tuk rides, finding a guide and driver for the small circle tour from sunrise to sunset. I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed having delicious food and service ( 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch). I also got some rest at the pool early afternoon during the hear of the day between 2 temple visits.

This Hotel was amazing! We got stuck in Cambodia for an extra day and needed a place to stay. I saw the 5/5 star review and gave it a go… wow! I was not disappointed! The Hotel is so beautiful! It’s quiet and tranquil! The food was amazing! Everyone on the staff was so accommodating! David the owner created us on arrival as well. I felt so welcome! There was cheese, cashews, fruit and wine waiting for us in the room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was very clean. All in all this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

The best staff that I have ever encountered. They surprised my mother-in-law with a cake for her birthday and the entire staff sang, which had her in tears. Our room included a massage, which was amazing. Only wish they had a gym! Thank you David and team :)

We stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. From their airport pickup service we were treated like royalty! The hotel is a few min from the temples so our commute to the temples were quick and easy. The hotel has only 9 rooms so the service you receive is very attentive and friendly. Oh and their breakfast pho was my favorite dish in their menu!

I have stayed in a lot of really great hotels, and this hotel definitely is one of the top! More of a private villa, rather than a hotel, this place is sooo beautifully done with its attention to details, decorations and landscape. It is intimate and exclusive without being pretentious. The rooms are large and well appointed. Even the soaking tub is gorgeous Most of all though, the staff is TOP NOTCH. They are there to help you in every way to make your vacation wonderful. I really loved and feel grateful to have met everyone at the hotel, including the owner. I give this place a 10/10 and encourage everyone to stay there if you are in Siem Reap!!!! Will miss this place and the staff!

An amazing boutique hotel with incredible staff led by Mr Sy who ensured everything went smoothly and we loved every minute of our stay. The food options are delicious and the smoothies (especially mango) wonderful at the end of touring temples or other activities. Our room was large and extremely comfortable, with daily housekeeping provided. The guide arranged by the hotel called ‘Tiger’ was exceptional and we recommend him if he’s available. Honestly, we only have positive and happy vibes about our experience and we felt sad to leave after our 8 days and hope to return in the future. Thank you for making our first time in Cambodia so memorable.

Absolutely amazing
Without a doubt the most amazing stay ever. Mr Sy and his team went above and beyond in every way possible, from collecting us, organising dinner and arranging other comforts we required. We also had a massage in the room which was fantastic. The room was huge and really clean and made for a wonderful stay. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I have traveled to 88 countries and stayed in maybe a thousand hotels over my life. This was maybe the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was incredible, it's a great value, and the hotel, with only 9 rooms, feels cozy and luxurious at the same time. When we left the entire staff came out to say goodbye. We are already planning another trip to Siem Reap to stay in this hotel.

This place was amazing! What a wonderful oasis truly. My room was enormous (room 999), the staff was fantastic, friendly, attentive, kind. This is a small boutique hotel a bit off the beaten path and when you drive up you might get a little surprised as the area it is in is not gorgeous….but as soon as you cross the entry, you are transported into this peaceful Shangri-La…beautiful decor …lush greenery…wonderful pool…and did I mention the rooms?? They cater to your every need…including a free tuk-tuk to town as needed. Book it immediately…it is totally worth the money…I didn’t want to leave. Thank you to David and everyone there for making my stay so memorable!!

People bless the place
A small hotel with extremely nice people ready to take care of you. A 5 min tuk-tuk ride to the Pub Street area offered complimentary by the hotel. A very large room with very good beds and pillows, a large and clean bathroom, all providing a good night sleep. If we had a suggestion would be an inside/covered breakfast/dinner area. We would gladly stay here again.

Favorite hotel ever
Our stay at this property was probably one of our best hotel experiences ever! David the owner was so kind and accommodating! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip amazing! The room was super clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. But honestly the kindness and accommodations of the staff were our favorite part! If you are headed to Cambodia or Angkor wat this property is the best place to stay!

Outstanding small boutique hotel ! The staff gets to know you and they treat you like family. Too many little extras to name.. Bottle of wine and snacks in the room.. Daily bottles of water provided, staff waiting with cold drinks when you return from daily excursions, snacks provided every evening.

This is a unique hotel, with only 9 rooms, it’s intimate, quiet and personal. We loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The room are beautiful, huge along with the bed. The shower is powerful and big. The owner works hard to create an oasis of calm, beauty and tranquility around the swimming pool area. It’s the perfect place to relax. Most of all the staff are well trained, friendly attentive and kind. We didn’t want to leave, it was so perfect.

Quiet Hideaway in Siem Reap
The Shintana Saya is FANTASTIC!!! It is a small hotel in a residential area of Siem Reap. It is not in a walkable part of the city with shops & restaurants nearby. We were there to visit Angkor Wat and only visited the city for dinner. The hotel has everything you need: start with a living room and separate bedroom. The breakfast is great--outdoors by the pool. Its a short taxi ride to the city for dinner--great choices. And the hotel arranged a taxi and guide for two days at Angkor Wat & the other temples. Cost: USD 190 absolutely excellent service and expertise. Easy to recommend--Excellent. hotel.

Amazing experience
This was some of the best service I have ever received from a hotel. They went above and beyond, to the point where the staff gave us a ride to the airport. Grounds were pretty, good was great and the pool after a day in Ankor was not to be beat. It's a little outside of the main tourist area in Siem Reap but it was very easy to get to pub street and the night markets. I booked this place based upon their reviews. You should too!

Every moment of our stay we experienced excellent service and warm care of the entire staff and management of the hotel! It was perfect! The hotel is very beautifully designed and stylish. There were a lot of nice complimentary extra’s during our stay, which made us feel very special. The room was very nice with a view of the pool. Upon arrival we found a bottle of wine and fruit in our room. All things that make a stay in a hotel comfortable were present. The breakfast is nice as well as the dinner. We stayed 2 nights for dinner. Really nice to relax in the restaurant in the garden/pool area after a warm day of walking. The hotel arranged a tuk tuk with driver Mr Chea for us for a very reasonable price. He also took really good care of us and made our visit to Angkor Wat very nice. We can look back to a wonderful trip and are very glad that we stayed at this hotel which made it to a great succes. We will be back! Thank you!

Cet endroit est vraiment fantastique et vaut l’éloignement du centre. J’étais auparavant dans un 5 * au centre et croyez moi, ce petit hôtel les a surpassé à tous les niveaux. Par exemple, j’ai demandé à la réception de venir voir si la clim était optimale (ce qui était le cas..la chambre est très grande alors plus long ..mon erreur) et David, le proprio, m’a appelé 10 minutes plus tard pour s’assurer que tout était ok pour moi. Les chambres sont belles et très confortables, le service WOW … Les super employés comprennent également l’anglais et font tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable, aussi les prix des visites avec guide sont beaucoup moins cher que dans mon hôtel précédent alors le 3$ de retour du centre ville sera amplement compensé. Je n’y suis restée malheureusement qu’une nuit puisque j’avais un vol le lendemain. David…je recommande ton petit hôtel aux voyageurs qui vont à Siem Reap sans hésitation. Merci encore pour toutes les petites attentions

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。評判通りレストランの料理はすべておいしく、カンボジア料理も西洋料理も楽しめました。最終日は半日トクトクをお願いして、朝日からアンコールトム周辺をまわり大満足でした。ぜひ、また訪れたいです。

A hidden gem! My family and I loved staying at this hotel. David and his staff made us feel very welcomed and helpful since this was our first time in Cambodia. The property grounds are beautiful and well cared for each morning. Wish I could of stayed longer.
